Syed Waqas Jafri
Syed Waqas-Ur-Rehman Jafri is known for his services in education but also in the fields of public service and literature. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Ataleeq Foundation. Jafri is the Deputy Secretary General of Jamaat-e-Islami, Secretary General of Al-Khidmat Foundation, CEO of one of the country’s leading school systems, and one of the founders of Al-Ghazali Education Trust, which provides quality education to children in rural and backward areas.
Usman Tahir Farooqi, FCA
Usman Tahir is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He has spent his career with Grant Thornton Pakistan, and his last engagement was as Partner, Advisory Services, in its Lahore office. He has over 20 years of rich and diverse consulting experience.
Shahzad Qamar
Qamar studied English literature, linguistics, and business. He has been in the field of human development for the last 22 years, both as a passion and a profession. He is often invited to TV shows as an expert to speak on education, training, human development, social issues, and youth. He has conducted a great number of workshops and training sessions all over Pakistan and abroad for professionals, corporate executives, youth, and trainers. He travels extensively all over Pakistan for training, consulting, and organizational development projects, mostly on a volunteer and non-profit basis.
In 2010, Shahzad presented the theory of “8 Domains of Total Human Development” that explains education and training in a scientific way. Shahzad Qamar is the founder and director of ATALEEQ.
Dr. Qamar Mahmood
Qamar Mahmood currently resides in Melbourne, Australia, where he practices homeopathy full-time. He is a board member of the Australian Register of Homoeopaths (AROH) and also a professional member of the Australian Homoeopathic Association
Qamar holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Homoeopathy from the University of Central Lancashire (2005), and has accreditations from the Royal Society of Health (UK) and the Society of Homeopaths (UK). He is also an Associate Member of Faculty of Homoeopathy (UK).
Dr. Shoaib Badruddin
Dr. Muhammad Badruddin Khan obtained his doctorate in 2011 from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan. He is a full-time assistant professor in department of Information Systems of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University since 2012. The research interests of Dr. Khan lie mainly in the field of data and text mining.
He is currently involved in number of research projects related to machine learning and Arabic language including pandemics prediction, Arabic sentiment analysis, improvement of Arabic semantic resources, Stylometry, Arabic Chatbots, trend analysis using Arabic Wikipedia, Arabic proverbs classification, cyberbullying and fake content detection, and violent/non-violent video categorization using Youtube video content and Arabic comments, and has published number of research papers in various conferences and journals. He is
also co-author of a book on machine learning.
Saad Zuberi
Saad Zuberi is a Habibian and IBM alumni. He is well known for his outstanding leadership skills in the corporate sector. He has worked with Pakistan’s top business organizations in leading roles, including SHAN Foods Private Ltd., Lawrencepur, SICPA Inks Pakistan, MAL Pakistan Limited, DuPont, and Unilever Pakistan. Saad sees developing HR as a national cause, so he likes to teach at business schools like IBA, IoBM, KUBS, UoK, etc. and conduct professional training workshops.
He is currently offering his services as Executive Director at Lucky One Mall and is also serving as a member of the ATALEEQ Foundation Board of Directors voluntarily.
