India, China, and Singapore are three countries that have made significant progress in human development in recent years. All these countries have invested heavily in education and training, and they have seen a dramatic improvement in the lives of their people.

India:

• The number of people enrolled in higher education has increased from 10 million in 1991 to 40 million in 2023.

China:

Singapore:

• Literacy rate: The literacy rate in Singapore is 98%.
• Education: Singapore has a compulsory education system that lasts for 12 years. The country also has a number of world-class universities.
• Skills development: Singapore has a strong focus on skills development. The government provides a number of programs to help people develop the skills they need to get a job
